Tidy place, spotless rooms, OUTSTANDINGly accommodating staff. Units with super beds. The service in the property was excellent. Everything perfect.

This place was ideal, no complaints, couldn't recommend more, located in a quiet area, and interesting for a one-night stay.

The hotel has very nice and modern design. The room was spatious.

You have to pay for both the internet and parking.

Room, bathroom ++ , Breakfast buffet was excellent and with a lot of choice.

Some members of the staff at the breakfast service are not very welcoming. And staff keep wanting to enter the room in the middle of the afternoon, and just say "it's ok...!" But don't say what they want to enter the room for..., Or even say "sorry.."

Location is near highway, easy access to train, close to shopping area.

Great location near highway, outside center traffic. Useful underground garage. Less than 8 minutes by car to center. Rich breakfast with lots of options. Efficient staff in dining room. Good service from older lady.

Some of the rooms were smoking rooms even if I mentionned non-smoking. Choice in the menu was limited to 3 main courses, 1 starter, 1 dessert.

The house keeping ---- we know mercure is a budget chain, but they cleanliness of the bathroom & washing of tea cups, etc. was lacking.
